The 7th Annual Texas Holocaust Remembrance Week will take place January 26-30, 2026.
SB 326 was signed by Governor Abbott on May 20.
The THGAAC submitted its second Study on Antisemitism in Texas, as required under House Bill 3257.
The THGAAC has collaborated with the Texas Education Agency (TEA) to conduct a statewide survey of educators regarding their awareness of and participation in Holocaust Remembrance Week (HRW).
Texas adopted the IHRA definition as part of HB3257, legislation that established the THGAAC.
To combat and confront hatred, prejudice, and indifference by educating all Texans about the Holocaust and other genocides in an effort to dismantle antisemitism and prevent such future atrocities

The Texas Holocaust, Genocide, and Antisemitism Advisory Commission actively develops, hosts, and promotes programs related to Holocaust, genocide, and antisemitism education. The THGAAC partners with institutions within and outside of Texas to make Holocaust, genocide, and antisemitism education resources available to the public.
