Arthur Wollschlaeger was a highly decorated German tank commander during the second World War and was awarded the Iron Cross by Adolf Hitler himself.  After the war, Arthur and his wife concealed his role in the Holocaust and contrived a new narrative of his activity during those dark years. But, to their teenage son Bernd, the story didn't quite add up and there started his quest to search for the truth.
