SUMMARY:Jewish Book & Arts Festival: Ron Segal's Delicate | JCC Houston
DESCRIPTION:In conversation with Ellen Orseck\, painter\, former Curator of the Permanent Collection at Holocaust Museum Houston and studio art instructor.\nJoin acclaimed Israeli novelist and filmmaker Ron Segal for a discussion of his forthcoming novel\, Delicate\, selected as the sixth title in Jewish Book Council’s Nu Reads series. Haunted by the recent death of his wife\, renowned Israeli writer and Holocaust survivor Adam Schumacher sets out on a journey to chronicle their love story before it’s too late. Decades after he fled the Nazis\, Adam returns to Germany\, where he confronts his past and his rapidly eroding memory.
