Triumph of the Heart is a feature film about St. Maximilian Kolbe and his companions’ triumph over death.\nThe Ackerman Center and the Harry W. Bass Jr. School of Arts\, Humanities\, and Technology at UT Dallas are proud to be hosting the red-carpet film premiere of this extraordinary true story of St. Maximilian Kolbe\, a Polish Catholic priest who volunteered to die in place of another at Auschwitz.\nThe evening will begin with a Red Carpet experience for our VIP guests\, followed by the premiere of the film\, some words from the director\, and a reception.\nAttire is Black Tie Optional. We encourage guests to dress within our Polish color theme of red\, white\, and black.
